Bookings, expenses, and payouts — all in one place, reconciled automatically. Stop losing an evening a month to spreadsheets and start seeing exactly what your property actually makes.
No spreadsheets. No card required to ask a question. Just email us.
Everything in one place
Every feature exists because a real host needed it — not because it looked good on a features page.
Log stays from Booking.com, Airbnb, and direct guests side by side. See what's coming up and what's still unpaid at a glance.
Snap a photo of a receipt right from your phone. Categorise it, and it's ready for tax season — no shoebox required.
Income vs. expenses by year, occupancy rate, average nightly rate by platform — the numbers you actually need, already worked out.
Out in the middle of nowhere with no coverage? Everything you've already logged is still right there to check. Add something new and it queues quietly, syncing the moment you're back in range.

On your phone
No app store, no download, no update prompts. Add it to your home screen once and it opens full-screen with its own icon — exactly like any app you'd have installed the normal way.
Takes about ten seconds, and there's nothing to keep updated — new features just show up next time you open it.
How it works
Tell us how many properties you're managing and we'll get your account ready — no self-serve signup, no wrong turns.
Add a booking when it comes in, snap a receipt when you spend something. Takes seconds, works from your phone.
Open the dashboard any time and see exactly where you stand — no more digging through email confirmations in April.
Spreadsheet vs. Hosts Assist
Most hosts start with a spreadsheet. It works, until a formula breaks, a cell gets dragged wrong, or you need the numbers from your phone at a turnover.
| Task | Spreadsheet | Hosts Assist |
|---|---|---|
| Logging a new booking | Copy a row, edit by hand | ✓ One form, seconds |
| Matching payouts to bookings | Manual cross-check | ✓ Linked automatically |
| Multi-currency bookings | Manual rate lookup | ✓ Converted automatically |
| Risk of a broken formula or dragged cell | Always there | ✓ Not possible |
| Working with no signal | Depends on the app | ✓ Fully offline, syncs later |
| Receipts for tax season | Separate folder or shoebox | ✓ Attached to the expense |
| Category breakdown, occupancy, nightly rate | Build it yourself | ✓ Already worked out |
| Locking a finished year | Hope nobody edits it | ✓ Locked, enforced |
| Adding it up on your phone | Painful | ✓ Built for it |
About
Hosts Assist started as a spreadsheet for one property, then a personal app for that property, before other hosts started asking to use it too. It's still run by one person — a host who spends real evenings using it themselves to keep their own books straight.
That means features ship because they were actually needed, not because they looked good on a roadmap. And it means the person answering your email is the same person who built the thing you're asking about.
