By signing up for or using Hosts Assist, you agree to these terms. If you're setting up an account on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to agree on its behalf.
Hosts Assist is a tool for short-term rental hosts — tracking bookings, expenses, payouts, and reconciliation for one or more properties. It is not accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it doesn't file anything with any authority on your behalf.
Accounts are set up manually, not through self-serve signup, and are billed annually per property. Access begins once an account is activated and continues for as long as it's kept current; a trial period may be offered before the first payment is due.
You own the data you enter into Hosts Assist. We store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it or request deletion at any time.
Don't use Hosts Assist to store data you don't have the right to hold, attempt to access another customer's account, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
Hosts Assist is run as a small, independent service. We work to keep it available and reliable, but we don't offer a formal uptime guarantee or service-level agreement — if something breaks, we'll fix it as fast as we can and tell you what happened.
You can cancel at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment or misuse, with notice where reasonably possible.
Hosts Assist is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability where it can't legally be limited.
If these terms change in a way that materially affects you, we'll email the address on your account before it takes effect.
